Hi Rafael, I take my profession and my customers very seriously, and I truly regret the frustration you’ve experienced. I want to clarify that the reason I was unable to show the property was due to the absence of a signed Buyer Broker Agreement, which is a new requirement for scheduling home showings. Unfortunately, without this agreement, I am unable to proceed with showings. I was not made aware of your travel distance or that you were waiting at the property, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
